The Police Public Relations department said the two persons whom wanted bulletins were issued for in relation to the piracy/murder of the four fishermen, have been arrested in Suriname last Thursday.
They are expected to be handed over to law enforcement officials in Guyana as soon as their immigration matters are completed.
