Eleven-year-old allegedly murdered by Cuban National was sexually abused. A Post mortem examination conducted on the body of the child revealed that her cause of death was blunt trauma to the head and an incised wound to the neck.
According to the police, the post mortem examination pointed to evidence of sexual abuse. The police in their initial report on the deaths said the child’s body had a wound of about six inches in length to her neck and what appears to be blood on her private parts.
The mother, 34-year-old Tara Krishnaran’s death was said to be blunt trauma to the head. The bodies of the two were found in their Princess Street, Lodge home on December 26th.
The main suspect, a Cuban national identified as Yoel Rodriguez Barientos is currently in police custody. He was arrested in the Linden.
