Dead man has been identified as Rondel Haynes, 25, of Mango Lane East Ruimveldt.The man was said to be a father of 1 and was self employed.
He was shot multiple times about his body and died on the spot. Grieving family members said the man recently returned to Guyana from Barbados. Police investigators are on the scene
