The police issued a wanted bulletin for 40-year -old, Devon Harris of Friendship East Bank Demerara following the death of a Region 10 resident. 
He is wanted for questioning in relation to the murder of Akeem Caesar who was killed at Black Water Backdam, Mahdia.
Caesar, a 24 year old miner of Wismar, Linden was shot at a popular drinking spot at around 23:30hrs on Tuesday March 03rd.
On the night of the incident, Caesar was seen at the shop imbibing with a few friends, however an argument ensued between the young man and another male who was also imbibing at the very shop.
Soon after the argument, this newscast understands that the men were involved in a scuffle which had to be broken up by public spirited citizens.
Moments later, while standing on the road with one of his male friend, Caesar was confronted by a armed man who had a shotgun in his possession. He was shot to his left leg before fleeing the scene.
Caesar was taken to the Mahdia Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
Investigations have been ongoing by the police and they are currently in search of the suspect, Devon Harris who is believed to be on the run.
