The Guyana Police Force today said that based on legal advice obtained, no charges will be laid against the Minister or the security guards involved in the July, 9th parking lot fiasco at the New Thriving Restuarant at Providence on the East Bank of Demerara. That incident involved Minister within the Ministry of Natural Resources Simona Broomes, her driver and two security guards.
According to the Police, a file was completed and sent for legal advice, which was obtained to the effect that based on all the Statements and video footage, no charges are advised.
