Morris Khan appeared before Chief Magistrate Ann Mc Lennan and was not required to plea to the indictable charge which was read to him. According to a report on February 15th, 2018 at Craig old road on the East Bank of Demerara, he wounded Oswald O’Bryan with intent to commit murder.
The court was told that the victim is currently in a serious condition at the Georgetown Public Hospital.
Khan was remanded to prison until March 19th by the Chief Magistrate.
