Former Attorney General, Anil Nandlall received a tip-off that the Special Organized Crime Unit was coming to search his Bel Air Park home today and he called in the media along with some of his party comrades and supporters to resist the removal of the Law Books from his home. Now the law books are said to be the property of the state and are currently the subject of a court battle.
Nandlall showed members of the media two injunctions which bars SOCU from searching his premises and he is prepared to challenge SOCU on this front.
