The 28-year-old man lost control of his black and red CBR CH 2475 motorcycle and collided with a concrete culvert, then slammed into a building.

That incident occurred around 17:30 hours on Saturday at Asylum Street New Amsterdam Berbice.
According to the police, enquiries disclosed that the motorcyclist was proceeding west along the northern side of the said street without a safety helmet at a fast rate of speed when he lost control of the motorcycle which ended up in the northern drain and continued to proceed west where he collided with a concrete culvert which is situated on the eastern side of Strand Public Road, New Amsterdam Berbice. He then pitched off the said motorcycle and further collided into a building which is located on the western side of Strand Public Road New Amsterdam Berbice.
