Police have made a breakthrough in the multimillion dollar gold and cash robbery which occurred last Thursday at Wallison Enterprise.
In a video shared with this newscast, millions of dollars were seen being recovered in buckets buried in the backyard of a house on the East Bank Essequibo.
Just recently, three masked men executed a daring, multi-million dollar robbery in Gordon Street Kitty at a business after pretending to be customers. According to the police, the bandits robbed a 20-year-old female cashier and a
45-year-old goldsmith oF $38M GYD and sixty ounces of raw gold valued at $20M GY, two cellular phones – one valued at three hundred thousand dollars and the other at sixty thousand dollars.
The men were armed with handguns.

Subsequent to the robbery under arms which occurred on 2021-08-05 at Wallison Enterprise of Gordon Street Kitty, police have, so far, recovered $18M which was found buried at the residence of one of the suspects.
He, along with others, remain in custody as further investigations are being conducted.
