Jaleel Leow, a young mechanic of Dennis Street Campbellville who was shot dead in Sophia on Sunday, died from multiple gunshot injuries, a Post Mortem Examination revealed today. This newscast understands that there were three gunshot wounds to the head, upper chest and one at the back, two of them exited and one of the warheads was left in his body. That warhead was taken for a ballistic test. The 21-year-old man was shot dead by two known suspects in a yard in Sophia in full view of his friends.
After the first set of shots were fired at Leow, he tried to escape, but the suspects gave chase and fired more shots at him. The shooter then fired another shot at bystander Brandon Smith who was standing on the side of the road, the bullet grazed Smith on his upper right hand and he fled the scene.
The hunt is on for two men, one of the men is known as ‘Big John’ or ‘Double Clip’ and the other man is known as ‘Brainer’ for the murder.
