Guyana’s COVID-19 cases has jumped by 21 today and surpassed the 200 mark. This was disclosed by chief medical officer Dr. Shamdeo Persaud during the Ministry’s daily briefing. He said the figures as of today stands at 205 positive cases.
Guyana is currently in Phase I of the relaxation of measures and Persaud emphasized the importance of Guyanese making every effort to ensure that they follow the guidelines as outlined.
